We do substitute out shirts as needed due to availability. If you need more exact measurements, please contact us and we would be glad to measure for you if we have it in hand or to let you know the measurements of the brand of shirt we will be using.

Processing Time 📆-
My current processing time for IN STOCK products is 1-2 business days right now. For any products that we have to order to make your order, we are looking at about 7 business days if you want to know if we have your products in stock, please message before ordering.
We try to ship using the cheapest option when possible. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Most of the time, orders will ship out within 1-2 business days within orders being placed, unless we have to order an item to make the order (see processing time for current production times). If we do have to do that, we will ship the item out in the order they were received once we receive the needed products.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally but we hope to do so in the future.
Please double check any spelling and grammar when submitting personalized orders as we do not correct any of this before printing. If pictures are sent for customization approval, these will be used for printing purposes as we pull the design from the picture. We will defer to these for any issues.
Please also check sizes to avoid any fitting issues. If you have questions about sizes, please confirm directly with us before placing your order (see sizing for most items here).
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized or custom orders as these cannot be sold to someone else. Thank you for understanding! We also do not accept returns on any slightly imperfect & last chance items, closeout or clearance items.
On any other items that aren't custom orders, we will do a refund within 14 days of receipt at the shipping expense of the customer MINUS s&h/fees of original order once we receive the product back. We cannot accept exchanges for clothing that has been worn and/or washed. If you have any questions about this, please message us before ordering.
If we are the reason that a product needs to be returned, we will send a prepaid postage to have the item shipped back to us and we will then replace or refund the item depending on the situation.
We cannot cancel any orders that have been placed unless it is not available and/or not able to be delivered to the customer within the specified processing time that was given at the time of ordering.
Unfortunately, there are times out of my control when a certain shirt color is sold out and I am unable to get it or a product is out of stock. If this happens, I will let you know asap. If this happens, you have the option to either choose a different color of shirt/product, wait until the original color/product is back in stock, take an in-store credit or I can refund your money.
Bleaching and Dyeing-
Bleaching is a beast in and of itself. Shirts are made to order and will vary in bleach and dye patterns. All bleached and dyed products are hand done and there may be some inconsistencies/ varying from pictures. I will always do my best to keep it to the design requested.
Our t-shirts/sweatshirts are USUALLY unisex. If you have any questions or are in between sizes, please message us for the specific sizing of the t-shirt we will be using for your specific order. For all other clothing items, please message us for specific sizing guides as we use a variety of products in order to keep our prices low.
